About Tanushka...

Tanushka was formed as an extension of Tania’s personal language—an ongoing exploration of identity shaped through objects, memory and place. Rooted in her Romanian heritage, the work moves between what is inherited and what is reimagined, combining Eastern European sensibilities with a softer, sun-filled vision of living.

At the centre of the practice are handmade ceramics and jewelry, developed through repetition, gesture and an intuitive approach to form. Each piece is shaped slowly, often retaining irregularities, marks and signs of handling—evidence of process, touch and time. These objects are intended to be lived with: held daily, worn close to the body, kept and returned to.

Tanushka reflects a personal reconstruction of home… one not fixed to a place, but built gradually through material and routine. Influenced by the warmth and ease of Mediterranean life, the work imagines a slower rhythm of living: a space where time softens, gestures repeat, and care becomes ritual.

A way of building a world, piece by piece.
