Every Tanushka piece is carefully packed by hand from our London studio.
We are happy to ship across Europe for an additional shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
As every piece is handmade or carefully selected, slight variations, marks and imperfections are considered part of the character and uniqueness of the object.
During collection launches or busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer. Any temporary changes will always be communicated on the website.
We hope you love your Tanushka piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Every order is packed with great care, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the item and the packaging.
We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
