Every Tanushka piece is carefully packed by hand from our London studio.

United Kingdom

• Standard Shipping: £4.95
• Free UK shipping on orders over £100
• Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days, unless otherwise stated on the website.
• Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–3 working days.

Europe

We are happy to ship across Europe for an additional shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

• Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days after dispatch.
• Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing

As every piece is handmade or carefully selected, slight variations, marks and imperfections are considered part of the character and uniqueness of the object.

During collection launches or busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer. Any temporary changes will always be communicated on the website.

Returns

We hope you love your Tanushka piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
• Custom, commissioned or personalised pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Damaged Orders

Every order is packed with great care, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the item and the packaging.

We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
